Focus and ADHD
My Brain Has Too Many Tabs Open
For anyone whose thoughts keep opening new windows before the first one finishes loading.
My brain has too many tabs open.
One tab is replaying a conversation from Tuesday. One tab is trying to remember if I paid a bill. One tab is planning an entire future business. One tab is asking why I said “sounds good” when I could have said something cooler.
There is also music playing from somewhere, but no one knows which tab.
Struggling to focus is not always laziness. Sometimes your attention has a hundred tiny hands and every single one is pointing at something urgent.
Try making the next step smaller. Not the whole project. Not the whole life. Just the next visible action.
Small prompt: What is one tab I can close today, even temporarily?
