About Overthink Press
Made for capable people carrying more than anyone can see.
Overthink Press turns the loud inner world into honest stories, visual art, reflection, and practical tools—without pretending that healing is always neat, linear, or quiet.
Overthink Press began with someone who was very good at showing up. Work still got done. People were supported. Deadlines were met. From the outside, life looked capable and organized. Inside, the mind rarely stopped moving.
During a season when anxiety, exhaustion, and major life changes became impossible to ignore, writing and art created a way to slow the noise down. Not to package every hard moment into a perfect lesson—but to name it honestly, add a little humor, and make space to breathe.
That experience became the foundation for this anonymous creative studio. The details belong to one person, but the feelings belong to many: replaying conversations, carrying everyone else, staying productive while privately overwhelmed, and trying to build a meaningful life without waiting to feel completely fearless.
Everything here is made with one belief in mind: a person can be strong and struggling at the same time. Overthink Press is where those two truths are allowed to sit together.
This is a space for understanding what we carry—and finding gentler, more grounded ways to move through work, relationships, creativity, responsibilities, and real life.
What we make
Stories, art, and tools that make the internal world feel less lonely.
We share witty, honest, and relatable stories about the private pressure behind public performance. The goal is not to diagnose people or make pain look cute. It is to help people feel understood, less ashamed, and better equipped to move through the day.
Through writing, visual art, reflection prompts, digital products, and grounded coping ideas, Overthink Press gives language to the things many people carry quietly.
The tone
Warm, intelligent, honest—and just witty enough to keep the nervous system from filing a formal complaint.
We talk about hard things without making everything heavy. People can be capable and struggling at the same time. Both can be true.
